This Privacy Policy explains how ZenkaiGains (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use the FitTrack mobile application and related services, including the iOS app, the Apple Watch app, and widgets (collectively, the “App”).

We are based in New Jersey, United States. If you have questions about this policy or your data, contact us at support@zenkaigains.com.

Please read this carefully. FitTrack is a health and fitness app, so some of the information we handle is sensitive (for example, data from Apple Health). We describe below exactly what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1

Information We Collect

a. Account and profile information

  • Email address
  • First and last name (optional)
  • Username, bio, and profile picture (optional)
  • A securely hashed password (for email/password accounts)

b. Authentication data

If you sign in with Sign in with Apple, we receive a verified identifier and (where you permit) your email and name to create and secure your account.

c. Health and fitness data (Apple Health / HealthKit)

With your explicit permission, the App reads from and writes to Apple Health (HealthKit). This may include heart rate, heart rate variability (HRV), and resting heart rate; steps, active energy, and workouts; sleep data; and recovery-related metrics we derive from the above. We use this data only to provide in-app features. See the Apple Health section below.

d. Body, wellness, and workout data you enter

Bodyweight and body measurements; wellness check-ins (for example, subjective fatigue, soreness, stress, mood, and sleep quality); and workouts, splits, exercises, sets, reps, weights, and cardio sessions.

e. Nutrition data

Food and water logs, macro and calorie goals, custom foods and recipes, and supplement logs.

f. Photos and videos

Progress (“transformation”) photos and lift videos that you choose to upload. These are stored on our cloud storage provider (see Service Providers below).

g. Device, usage, and diagnostic data

IP address, device and mobile identifiers, device type, operating system and app version, and diagnostic/log information used to operate and secure the service.

We do not collect precise location data, and we do not use advertising trackers.

2

How We Use Your Information

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the App's fitness, nutrition, recovery, and progress features;
  • Personalize your experience and generate insights and statistics from your data;
  • Sync your data across your iPhone, Apple Watch, and widgets;
  • Communicate with you about your account (for example, email verification and password resets);
  • Maintain the security and integrity of the service and prevent abuse; and
  • Comply with legal obligations.
3

Apple Health (HealthKit)

When you grant permission, FitTrack accesses data through Apple's HealthKit framework. For this data specifically:

  • We use Apple Health data only to provide features and insights within the App.
  • We do not use Apple Health data for advertising or marketing.
  • We do not sell Apple Health data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own purposes.
  • We do not use Apple Health data for data mining unrelated to providing you health or fitness services.

You can review and revoke the App's access to Apple Health at any time in the Apple Health app or in Settings.

We use industry-standard measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS), secure storage of authentication tokens in the device Keychain, hashed passwords, and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information and continually improve our safeguards.

11

Children's Privacy

FitTrack is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your region), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under that age. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us at support@zenkaigains.com and we will delete it.

12

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy at this URL and revise the “Last Updated” date above. Material changes will be communicated in the App or by email where appropriate.
